Shipping Policy:

We know that waiting for your package to arrive can be tough, which is why we do our best to ship out orders within 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped via standard shipping with a delivery time of 3-7 business days within the United States. International shipping may take longer depending on the destination.

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.

 

If you're ordering from outside the US, please be aware that international shipping may take longer depending on the destination. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please be patient with us as we navigate international shipping.

 

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are in their original condition and packaging, unused and the strands have to be in tact. To initiate a return, please email us at ginaooo1@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.

 

The stash builder bags and treasure bags are non-refundable.

 

Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it's in its original condition. If approved, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
